GREEK COOKING CLASSES
The Hellenic Heritage Institute is excited to offer “The Cuisines of
Greece” Cooking lessons series. This class is designed for all the
lovers of Greek Food.
Each class will take participants through a hands-on experience as
complete menus or theme menus are prepared and then enjoyed by the
class as a family meal. The atmosphere is friendly and hospitable in
the Greek fashion with music and other entertainment to accompany
you as you cook.
Join local chefs from the Greek community as they take you through
the preparation of some of Greece’s best known dishes as well as
some of their better kept secrets.
Classes are offered in four sessions with each session consisting of
three separate classes.
Sessions I, II, and III offer menus from specific regions of Greece
with Session IV finishing with dishes for the Holidays.
Tuition for each session is $150.00 and includes all fees.
